Temperature controller did arrive on time. The controller seems to be working OK except that I can't get it to calibrate the temperature. (it has 2 degrees F error, but that's not a big deal, just adjust start and stop temp accordingly instead)
Anyway, I do like this thing as it will allow set and forget operation which is what I was looking for.
