The listing is VERY misleading and apparently does NOT include the flags. The strange wording in the listing does indeed make it seem like flags are included. My package arrived only poles. I have purchased other flag kits on Amazon for similar price that DO include the flags…I bought this listing specifically because I needed this teal color flag shown in the photo. I am returning and will order another color from Amazon instead for a better deal. Disappointed. But SHIPPING WAS FAST!
