I bought the IDSONIX M.2 NVME Enclosure from seller, it arrived on schedule and packaged securely. I installed my 4TB drive, but the drive wasn't correctly seen by the OS. I contacted the seller to report the issue and the response was prompt, almost immediately. They advised I swap the cable and test, this resulted in the OS now seeing the drive. I reported back to the seller and they offered to refund 10% of the total cost of the item, this was then sent to me. I recommend this seller to all.
