Excellent price, works just as advertised.
I needed an inexpensive dual-monitor video card for a plain-vanilla office desktop computer, primarily to provide a second video feed for presentations, and this card fit the bill. Plug-and-play worked perfectly; Win-10 picked it up immediately with absolutely no installation hassle. I added an inexpensive dongle type VGA-to-HDMI converter for the 2nd video port to allow ease in connecting to the presentation projector or monitor. Picture Quality is quite awful. Does not work nearly as well as onboard video which is nothing special. I was able to use it for the one time purpose I needed, but now it has gone back in the drawer likely to never be used again.

Good buy for a budget office PC
I know it's kind of weak when coming to gaming. However, it serves as the upgrade purpose well for me. I need a cheap graphic card for my HP DC7900, which is lacking in graphic performance. I don't need the HDMI too much since this computer is for programming/editing/web surfing only. I bought the HP Compaq DC7900 with the onboard integrated video, which is only 3.0 from Win 7 WEI. After plug this card in, it surge to 5.0 for the Aero and 5.5 for the 3D gaming. I am very satisfied with its performance/price ratio. The only think I can complain is its lack of HDMI, which should be essential for a cheap upgrade video card today. The price listed on HP website is ridiculous high consider the radeon 4550 core used in this video card. So, hunt for some budget buy on ebay for those owner of HP ... Does not work with Windows 10 Pro 64 - one screen only.
Installed in Dell 7010 (i5), uSWin10Pro64. One screen works great but it will not map the second display (where it just repeats the main screen output) AMD Catalyst Control Center doesn't run and I get popups telling me to install proper driver. Went to AMD... no luck. I don't think this card will work with W10P64. Vendor was helpful.

I put this in my HP 8100 Elite to replace the standard OEM video on the board. I ran a benchmark test before and after putting in the video card. My benchmark DOUBLED after I put this car in the computer. Windows 10 found the video card driver and installed automatically. The computer switched over to this card without me having to configure anything. I could not be more pleased. No power issues, no problems at all. This card is listed on HP's specs for the 8100 as an optional card so it works perfect with the computer.
