    Hoover Quest battery is no good.

    This Hoover Quest 1000 was received with a totally dead battery. Not just needing a charge but dead. Cannot get in touch with Hoover. After an Internet search, it was suggested to buy a new battery at a cost of $48. It is necessary to do this because the vacuum is non-returnable. Hopefully it will work with a new battery.

    Once it is set up it is easy to use. Does a good job sweeping the floor. Just wish I could use it with alexa, But I also bought a 970 and I actually think this one cleans better
