This was the ticket, not sure what my daugter did witht the original one.
I wasn't able to get sound through my big screen TV using the other AV cable that plugs into the Super NES so this is what the doctor ordered. With this I can feed the aux antenna input coaxial port and then switch TV to that aux input port and all is well, I get normal sound and picture. I see people are having these glitched issues with these newer TV sets and can't get sound but get the games graphics portion.
