Kiste war bei Ankunft beschädigt, Teile lagen lose in Kiste. Katastrophaler Zustand
Kauf erfolgte nach Anfrage beim Verkäufer, ob die 2 Extruder/Module enthalten waren, Verkäufer bestätigt dies. Bei dem ersten Paket waren diese vorhanden, bei erneuter Bestellung dann nur noch ein Modul.
Käufer akzeptierte keine Rücknahme, da er in der Beschreibung darauf hinwies das Teile fehlen und plötzlich könne er nicht mehr garantieren, ob die Module enthalten sind. Warum ging das bei der ersten Paket?
