Item as described. The tote was mailed immediately. The USPS let the package sit “somewhere” for a week. This issue had nothing at all to do with the seller. She had no control over the package once it was delivered to her post office. Seller has great communication. She did work with me on my concern and spoke with her postmaster about the issue. The item has now been delivered in perfect condition. I highly recommend the seller.
