Box labeled as E2 but focusing screen was type K. Contacted seller but they didn't seem too concerned. Also, shipping cost was too high. $11.70 for something that weighs an ounce or two. Seller didn't take returns. i would have insisted but screen got damaged getting out of the camera. So that was on me.

    Solid, inexpensive lens

    Amazingly good for the price. Colors are good, flairs a little in a good way, & low distortion. The only bad thing is how close the aperature & focusing rings are, it's fairly easy to change w/o realizing it

    A great value, yet is better than some lenses costing more as well. Solid metal pancake. 28mm =42 on apsc sensor. Focus distance scale, smooth focus ring. Clickless aperture great for video. Here a shot taken with the Opteka 28mm f2.8 on Fuji XT1.

    Not Bad! Not Great!

    I haven't done any serious testing, but it appears to be fairly sharp and without any obvious optical issues. I wanted something compact for the times when I dont want to carry a kit of lenses... I think it's good for the price and just fair compared to many lenses I've had.
