It does have a few blemishes where wood is missing that did not show very well at all in the photos - even after going back and looking at them again. For $225, would have been "nice" to have had a verbal descriptor on that. It is extremely doubtful that this was an original deck piece since it is exactly 2 " thick (original deck thickness) and in perfect surface condition. Otherwise, the piece was in very good condition, very strongly packaged and very quickly shipped.
