Item was listed as new in box. I purchased it to give as a gift. The packaging was inadequate. The box was damaged in transit because of the inadequate Packaging. The box was shipped unprotected in a thin poly mailer. Seller tried to blame it on the carrier. Seller finally took responsibility and offered a 15% refund. I accepted. Seller gave a 13% refund. I replied and didn't receive any further contact. Time consuming and frustrating experience.

Listing was for a Logitech Combo Touch for iPad Pro. Seller sent Combo Touch for iPad Air. Contacted customer service and asked for a replacement of the correct item. Customer service said they'd make the exchange and send me a shipping label. Sent item back, but instead of replacing the item, they simply gave me a refund. I did not want or request refund, and would have kept the original item in that case. Seller now has same item I retuned listed at double the price I paid originally.
