Contacted shipper ahead of time to ask if the item pictured was the exact item that I would receive. I was told it was the exact item. The item arrived and was new and in fine condition but was not the same item and not the item I wanted. The box shown on ebay was completely different from what arrived. Hard to believe. To his credit, the shipper offered a refund but for an $11 item, it was hardly worth my time. The purpose of the email ahead of time was to avoid this. I was very disappointed.
