    Packaging/shipping was terrible. Item received with minor cosmetic defects. Overall, ok product and would work, BUT the fittings were WAY smaller than labeled in the photos and stayed on the item description. After receiving item and raising concerns to seller, seller called me a liar while also providing images of caliper measurements very clearly showing fittings to be much smaller than listing. Seller was not easy to work with and was not willing to correct issue or offer a resolution.

    It was shipped double-boxed via USPS Priority Mail. The dimensions are a true 1/2" barb fit. This is stated on the product from the factory. It is made to fit a 1/2" hose exactly. The buyer insists that the true 1/2" dimension is 3/8" or 7/16" to get a refund. I have already sold this product to over 30 people and all of them have given positive feedback. I hate buyers who threaten sellers with negative feedback.

    My item was not double boxed. It was packaged in a double paperboard envelope that had busted open in shipping. There was NO BOX and no additional packing, wrap, or protection. I reached out to seller about concerns. I never threatened negative feedback and I’m willing to return item- not trying to get anything for free. After seller was aggressive in messages and no resolution was met, I simply left my review. Seller became more aggressive in private messages after reading negative feedback.

    Received a different color keyboard, not as pictured or described. The Keyboard is black which is a different part number than listed. Keyboard was packaged in a plastic shipping bag that was not sufficient to protect the device. Unit arrived damaged and hanging out of ripped shipping bag. Should have been in a box. I contacted seller yesterday without a response back.
