Fast despatch, good comms by the seller and good initial price. However import to the UK added another 33% onto the price through customs and VAT charges which I was not prepared for(my fault for not checking correctly). This makes the price overall the item no cheaper than just buying from a VW dealer in the UK unfortunately. Definitely a positive if buying in the EU, if buying in the UK the seller needs to deduct the VAT (Mwst) because you then pay it again at UK customs.
