    I need replacement calipers. I use mechanical calipers because they provide more useful feedback than digital. I realize people who do not use measuring tools extensively will not understand this. I chose this one because I like the dual reading feature. No, I don't need it, I just like it. They are like ones I have bought in the past except the thumb wheel is mounted on a plastic bracket, not metal. This is really bad. The bracket bends if you're not careful. I'll make a metal one for it.

    Best inexpensive Caliper I ever bought. Just as good as My Brown & Sharp, Even better because it also measures in metric. Never seen a Dial Caliper with both!!! I have never had a Caliper where I could go from measuring an o.d. then measuring an i.d. without resetting the zero. Not even with My Brown & Sharp. "I highly recommend these 6"/150mm Dial Calipers." I am very Impressed! Thank You, Ingman Machine

    great for the price

    used calipers for past month and works smooth repeats to zero,use it along side my Brown and Sharpe and has good accurate readings.Igageing calipers cost a forth that of the B&S time will tell. so far happy with it.
