Conscientious seller, no problems with the transaction, however (1) of the (2) items (item arrived in 2 boxes) had been returned before and the box had significant damage with holes in it and the old shipping label was partially removed. In box #2, there was a candy wrapper inside which was strange. I think box #1 should have been listed as an "Open Box" item, but the the entire kit was so deeply discounted ($2800 off) that I can't complain. Had I paid full price I may have had an issue.

    Perfect Fixed Issue

    My car's trunk stopped opening so after looking into the problem we replaced the handle, and now it works perfect. This was a perfect, brand new, OEM part for the best price (still stupidly overpriced for what it is, but that is Fiat for you...I love my car, but they sure like to get you on parts!). Super easy to install, all you need is a 10mm deep socket. (also if you replace your handle and your license plate lights still work on the old one (assuming it is this style, the original release Fiats had unreplaceable ones), save them in case these wear out! :-)

    Solid Experience

    Was exactly what I needed. Part appeared to be geniue OEM and arrived in good order. These trunk latches on the Fiat 500's appear notoriously filmsy, like many other such parts on the car, and this was a perfect fix. Was able to use it to replace my broken latch in about 20 minutes.
