Sorry about the delay but it gave me a chance to honestly judge the bracelet! I suffer from arthritis. I also (having survived 2 strokes) have poor balance. A trip to Rome made me cover miles on cobblestones. I used a cane and my wrist suffered. I went 6 months in daily pain, then bought one of these. It has made a WORLD of difference! Just bought a backup. I wear it as close to my hand as possible. Not sure whether it’s the magnets or the copper but I am closer to pain-free than I deserve!
