They're pretty deep, but when I wear the patches overnight, in the morning when I take them off, the lines are completely gone. Unfortunately, they return within an hour or so, but they do not seem as deep. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but it seems like the lines are getting a little bit less deep after using these for a few months. I don't kid myself that these will eliminate the lines, but I'll take whatever improvement I can get.
