Pump was packaged well and arrived on time. A little warning to buyers is to put these on a secondary container because mine leaked all the oil I put it over night. I had already purchased a rebuild kit which fixed the leak so all is good.

This item arrived on time, as described and very well packed. Even so, during the shipping process one of this item's capabilities became non-functional.
I reached out to this seller, who offered me a complete refund; however, I was able to repair this capability by locating and purchasing the necessary, specialty replacement bulbs.
The seller and I then reached a mutually acceptable price adjustment.
Accordingly, I would be quite happy to do business again with this seller.

I ordered my item, which started out ok, then suddenly stopped. The seller printed a shipping label but then never gave the shipper the package. I gave it some time in case there was a delay, but still nothing. I reached out to the seller to see if there was an issue, but received no reply. Waited a few days, reached out again, still nothing. Had to get Ebay involved. Based on reviews it seems this seller is hit and miss. I do not recommend unless you like to gamble!
