Inexpensive in price, but slow and overheats
Having a 1 TB capacity in such a tiny size has its physical limitations. Read/write speed is very slow, much slower from what is listed on the package. It does get warm quickly. It could be the metal design. Yes, the price may be attractive, given a few years ago a 256 MB SD HC memory card cost a few hundred dollars (a dozen times more expensive than this Dual Drive, which is named that because of the USB-A and USB-C so you can use with older and newer computers). I give this only three stars. It is OK, but an external SSD drive was the way to go for the same price elsewhere. I would not buy it again, that's for sure.
