Shipping is a bit longer than usual since the product is coming from Canada to the US and needs to get through customs but the package did arrive undamaged. I did have one issue with the glasses themselves and contacted the seller. The lenses were in great condition, basically new, and the frame also looked new except one of the arms was not screwed in fully and looked as if it was attempted to be repaired. The seller and I came upon an agreement how to make it right so kudos to them.

After contacting the seller about the issues noted above I received a quick response saying how they were going to resolve the issue. A new pair was sent, in perfect condition, as the seller promised. All issues were resolved, but if a tad more attention was paid to how the first pair of glasses was sent this all could have been avoided. But at the end of the day I m happy with my purchase and how the seller resolved the issues.
