    I was disappointed that my items was not shipped within 4 days, as is protocol for EBay. Seller never answered my questions and after 8 days, finally created a label but it still wasn’t shipped for 3 more days. She did finally respond and said her husband a had emergency heart surgery. I’m sorry for that but this was a gift for my daughter to take on a trip. A quick text could have at least given me a heads up… and she could have at least offered to refund the shipping. But NO!
