The packaging, shipping time, and price were all good with this item, but the item was not as described. The listing said it was a Thermalright Ultra 120, but it was actually a Thermalright True Spirit 140. This is also a great CPU cooler, but I did need a specific cooler for compatibility reasons, and the True Spirit 140 was not compatible with my CPU. I kept the cooler because I can probably use it elsewhere, but the seller should be more careful about getting the listing details correct.

Delivered at reasonable time and was packed securely and was marked fragile, not many do that. Only issue was is that 2 of the figures have cracks in their arms but those can be easily replaced.
