Not for me! Needs more sizes
This is too long. It fits on my hand about 1/2 inch until it hits bone. There is about an inch or so that I can't even press in. I don't have what I would consider small petite hands. Had a coworker try and she had the same problem. Good idea but not good in practice. Waste of money.

What can I say — I was influenced by advertising! It was an impulse buy! I have paid for acupressure and reflexology sessions. Both were/are very effective modalities. I thought this would be something I could use to relieve headaches w/o medication. It did not fit comfortably, so I sent it back.
