I was unhappy with the color of my rug only because of the location of where I live and the rug was light enough the black dust would have stained it in a matter of a few days. I reached out to the seller and he not only was happy to do my return and also when I explained what I was looking for they made awesome recommendations. I am going to do use the money from the first rug to buy a different rug.
They’re also taking care of the return shipping and that was unexpected.
