The seller was amazing has taken great care of us and answered every question and took their time explaining everything step by step and always responding quickly despite the time, the product is better then expected and came well packaged I would recommend them over and over again, me having no idea about this ins and outs they could have taken advantage of me easily but that was not the case they have been amazing and helped me make my daughters Christmas the best ever she says!

Seller met all of my requests and was very responsive while packaging the product for shipment, so I can't mark this as negative. But, seller was unprofessional immediately after winning the bid. The seller agreed to my modification request per the listing. But, they removed the original shipping option on my invoice, which raised the cost by $10. When I questioned that, seller noted they are already taking a steep loss but if I was determined to save $10, they'd send a new invoice. They did.
