Item is excellent. Looks brand new. The battery is good; at ~80% of it's og life. Not BIOS locked (đź‘Ť). Charger was included. It gets hot quickly, as LATITUDE computers do. It took AAA PC 3 days to process/send my computer, and then USPS ~8 days to ship it (darn USPS...). However, the seller was with me every step of the process and always kept me updated. I will let eBay know if anything changes, but so far I'm very satisfied!

Laptop came in excellent condition, it was carefully packed and came with a helpful information packet. It is refurbished but it looks and feels brand new. Also I ordered 1T of storage and the laptop came with 2T, I appreciate the free upgrade whether this was intentional or not. It runs beautifully, very responsive and lightning fast. It didn’t come with any bloatware or anything on it that I didn’t want. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the price was very fair.

Computer built and functions as described, minor scuffing on lid (as expected for refurbished) but otherwise great condition. About five hrs of battery life. Very well packaged for shipping. Only issue was no charging cable included as advertised, but contacted seller and they shipped one from Amazon in a couple days. Overall good experience, would buy from again!
