It is a given that an advertised item would be delivered to the address of the buyer and the buyer has a right to expect that the seller can be trusted to employ honest and reliable means to ensure safe delivery to the buyer at the address clearly listed. Unfortunately this seller failed and so in my pinion cannot be relied upon to delivery an item which, let's not forget, is paid for before delivery commences.
