The batteries sent are the wrong size and voltage. They do not even look like the ones pictured in the ad. I was told I would receive a call tag but never received one. Now when I contact them, I get an email trying to discount the price and keep them. I do not have anything they would fit. Do not buy from this company! I have contacted my cc company to get some help to resolve the issue. Please send me a call tag and refund my money proenergymall.

Just as described, bought this battery pack for my 3 year old Dyson V10. My wife called Dyson to be told the five year guarantee only applied the vacuum and attachments, the battery only has a one year warranty. They offered to send a replacement battery for £85 with a 1 year warranty. I bought this battery 4 times the capacity and ten years warranty for half the price delivered promptly. I would Recomend this supplier.
