I wish I had known that the main games I desired that came with the console weren’t even for this console. I had communicated to ensure all games worked and indicated which were most important to me and those games don’t work. This is why I rate this neutral. Overall seller was good and communicating prior to purchase but hasn’t replied to my message about concerns/disappointment. Not sure the best way to resolve but now I know to ask more questions next time
