Items described as open box but they are actually used untested. I had 3 out of 5 fully functional the other two wouldn't read either DVDs or CDs. Seller response and shipping are notoriously slow. Ordered on October 13th, shipping label printed on October 19th, items dropped off at post office on October 27th.

I do not recommend buying from this seller. I ordered this item two and a half weeks ago. A label was created but there is no tracking info beyond that. I bought this because the previous item I bought from them never showed up. That was two months ago. Seller offered to ship a replacement and has been "checking with the shipping dept" ever since. Replies take DAYS if they come at all. Not worth the trouble -- buy somewhere else.
