This is very easy to apply, and is permanent. I chose black, so it did blend well with the other black leather around it. it is a paste, not a liquid, so it is thick and must be applied a little at a time, but it doesn't run during application. It is a good solution for worn areas along seams and small dings in surfaces where there won't be alot of reflection from light.
