This is the tiniest and most solidly built DC to DC Upverter I have ever seen. One of these 1cm x 1cm // 3/8" x 3/8" module takes the literally and figuratively unuseable 'power/juice' from an otherwise DEAD 1.5, 3.4.5 or 5v NiCD, NiMH, Li-Ion or Alkaline AAA, AA, C or D cell or battery and somehow 'extracts' rock-solid 5v from it for a variety of uses (Cellphone charging, 00hr nonstop LED camping/emergency light) giving longer run-time of battery-powered projects.
