- a***n (330)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseWanted to change my crankset for one with shorter arms so purchased the exact same model however found the new crank to be missing a raised shoulder that sets it more outboard on the frame which isnt mentioned in info. Seller told me I'll need to replace bottom bracket to fix it but since then has been ignoring me in regards to what size I need. Bad enough I had to pay 1.5x for the short crank vs cost of the longer cranks, now have to buy another part and tools and getting no help from seller.Reply from: sport_and_leisure- Feedback replied by seller sport_and_leisure.- Feedback replied by seller sport_and_leisure.Thanks for your feedback. The crank you ordered is a different variant to your original, and as such the design means that it sits closer to the frame. A simple question before purchasing could have avoided this. We replied with advice and asked for your bottom bracket spindle size, but your only response was a question mark. Prices vary by arm length due to supplier costs and were clearly shown. We're still happy to assist or liaise with a local shop if needed. Just let us know.

Appearance - Slight mark on main pivot but not an issue, especially at the price paid. Speedy delivery. Definitely recommend.

They didn't come in original packaging so you don't get the cable outers but that doesn't really matter. It said that it comes with inner cable in the listing but would be good to say that it won't come in original packaging.
