    Seller was great to work with. Answered questions fast and straight. Unit was a little confusing to get wired but little research and questions answered running great. Shipping issue was with eBay not the seller. Tracking was all a mess. Seller kept me up to date on the tracking great to work with. Unit was new in the box. So far would say a great buy. Unit looks great in my house.

    Needs the "follow me" mode fixed to stay on.

    I bought this unit for a remote temperature sensor. When you set up a weekly schedule, every time it shuts the AC off, it loses the "follow me" mode. It would work if it stayed on until you went into the menu and turned it off. Then it would do what I wanted it to do. Every day you have to reprogam it for the follow me mode to turn back on. Not good for what I want it for.
