Being from the Midwest, people are quite nice , in retail, sales, etc. but THIS supplier really just lit the candle on the other end for me to believe in “niceness” in the world . Had a problem with the desk, they sent me new product(in photo) 2x

Paid for 6lb of Starbucks Christmas Blend but only 4 were received. Seller blamed the Post Office and said it happens all the time. I sent pictures of what I received multiple times but seller has not responded in over a week. Delivery was also much later than advertised. Will not buy again from this seller.
