    Great little portables

    I have purchased 50 of these radios. We use 32 and I figured I'd have a bunch of spares when something goes wrong. At the price, these are throw-aways. Two years now and not a single problem with any of the radios. The batteries last through a 12 hour day, they are clear, crisp and easy to use. The channel announcement is very handy, especially as many of our users have headsets on and don't want to pull the radio of their belt and look at it to change channels. The channel 16 scan isn't worth using though. It will occasionally 'sshhtt' or click on other channels as it is scanning, which is annoying to all the users. These radios are used in a dirty/dusty environment, subject to rain, been dropped, kicked and run over. I've had only one belt clip break in two years. Great little ...

    it doesn't work in concert with some different brands of radios. range is not great. unobstructed signal approximately 1500 yards. buildings, hills, approximately 300 to 350 yards

    I had one set,,same brand,one we lost ,now with these new one I have three same brand,working perfectly well all frequencies. Good transmissions ...I recommend them. ...they do not come with those Micro. that advertise but a different ones over the ear,that I haven't used yet. nevertheless buy them very good walkies talkies.
