Item description said brand new filter and the pictures listed showed the filter in the original manufacture packaging.
When the “New” filter arrived, it was was dirty/rusted and obviously not “new”. Hell, there was still fluids inside from prior use. Seller has a no return policy, how convenient.
Highly recommend staying away from this seller.
