The lashes were supposed to be Lilly Lashes "LUXE" Lite Mink and the seller knows this is correct. However, the seller sent me something else a style of lash I would not have ever ordered. I already sent an email with the picture of the lashes that the seller sent me and it is an unsatisfactory situation. not good when the seller knowingly sent me the incorrect lashes will not wear.Reply from: beauty_by_lisa- Feedback replied by seller beauty_by_lisa.- Feedback replied by seller beauty_by_lisa.Lashes were the same as pictured, only thing that was missing was the style name "Opulence" Once the seller messaged me I was extremely apologetic and immediately offered her a full refund. She insulted me and belittled me in response to my apology. Also accused me of doing this on purpose, as she is doing now in this review. Why would I do that when I would be the one loosing?
