I order another color to match my rv and you sended a blue one, my rv is white/gold, as you can imagine blue doesn't work.

Customer claimed they ordered the Brown color but we never received a message requesting that color and customer can't provide the message they sent of ever telling us that. We have Blue as color choice. Obviously it must not be a huge deal because customer is going to go ahead and install it and use. Did offer return and refund but went ahead and installed anyway. Also opened dispute 2 days after order claiming didn't get item? Order was shipped to PR so not possible in 2 days.

As a seller of over 20 years trust & honesty is how we run our business and to be accused of being dishonest is not us. Customer bought part and installed it and something went wrong and now doesn't work, after contacting us we both agreed to do a 50% refund as a fair alternative so we refunded. After getting refund customer blasted us with negative feedback claiming we altered our pictures. Electronic part had a no refund/return policy but we went ahead and refunded anyway. Lets all be honest
