Shipping was great It came in a foam box with insulation. As soon as it was deliver I took the fish out of the plastic shipping bags and into and ice cream container with a air stone running full blast. I slowly added stable aquarium water every 5 minutes. Until it was full and ready for all the fish to go into a 10 gallon tank. Later I moved all the fish out of the 10 gallon tank into the larger 100 gallon tank. Thus discarding all the shipping water. It looks like all the fish will live!

Purchased a group of 5 Coral Red Platties but only 2 arrived live and 4 arrived dead(+1 extra) Reached out to the seller on the same day itself but there was no response or any resolution to the problem. I'm a bit disheartened since I cannot breed these now as they are two males only. Looks like the seller is not reliable when it comes to customer service which makes the timely D.O.A policy they have useless. Not sure I will ever purchase from here again.
