I used this same kit on my Commodore to repair the hinge when I broke when walking past the open flap at a petrol station ... that was five or six years ago. The kit makes a much more robust hinge that the original Holden effort. I have bought this kit to use in modified form to repair a motorcycle side cover and am confident that it will do the job.
