I wasn’t too sure about it at first since it was refurbished, but after I figured out exactly how it works, I am very pleased with it and especially the pattern it leaves on the carpet like a fresh mowed baseball field. I have 6 dogs and 2 of them are St Bernard’s that shed a lot. This machine picks up a lot of fur.

I bought 2, one did not work correctly (I've used this exact model for a couple of years and the prior model 2 years before that. They were workhorses and the brand was reliable).
The seller was FANTASTIC and communication was zero fuss and sent me another replacement.
Disappointing, that one didn't work well either- they both have a high pitch whistle and can NOT travel carpet.
