She sent me shipping label to return the pedal and once I dropped it off at Fedex pickup they shipped me a new one. I received the replacement in 2 days. Fantastic customer service. They forgot to ship cord but promptly said that they would send cord in mail.  my only complaint is that they could’ve packed it better l- there wasn’t much packing material inside of the box and the corner of the box was damaged and during shipment.  as a whole I got a decent used item for a good price.
