Connecting the harness was very confusing and I had to watch a youtube video to find out how to do it properly. Having two clips on the top is deceiving. You should only use the top right clip and then go over the shoulder and across the back and clip it on the base. There isn't a hook on the bottom of the base, but it clips easily on the bottom left flat part.
