Overall a pretty good buy, I purchased 4 printers with the intention of they arrived in good working condition I would purchase more, so far they seem to be working great! Although I have noticed some of the printers are missing some key screws and bolts, and one of the printers was taken apart completely from the frame and all, and it looks like they literally threw everything in the box and called it presentable, it was not the parts to the printers were rattling all around the box.

these are returns, with all that entails. I've bought 3 of these, between my friends and I we have bought more than 30. All in all a good experience with only a couple of exceptions. THIS unit is one of those exceptions. The person that returned it, used it first. HARD. Lead screw is bent and the bed surface is ruined, looks like a chisel was used on it. NOT, unrepairable, in fact was running in 30 minutes. You take your chances. I'll likely buy more.

Excellent seller. The printer I ordered ended up being out of stock, but the seller was quick to reach out and offer me a replacement of greater value. Item arrived as described. I knew I was taking a risk buying an un-repaired printer, and it took some work and troubleshooting to figure it out, but two days later and about $15 in parts I am up and printing. Seller was excellent and communicating and giving me options. Will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent seller! Communicative and helpful. UPS had a problem and the seller helped out! The printer I got was fairly new. It was in the OEM box and looked like someone got it as a Christmas present but they couldn’t get it working. It wouldn’t power up but I got it figured out in about 5 minutes after checking with a multimeter. Everything is in good shape and perfect for my new Ender 3 NG project. A+ would buy again from this seller. I love refurbishing Ender 3 units!
