The NETGEAR CMD31T-100NAS 153.6 Mbps Modem has over 150 Mbps download and upload speed, making it easy to stream HD videos, download files and other content faster, and participate in high-speed online gaming. This cable modem also supports IPv6, a very strong, secure version of the Internet Protocol (IP). The NETGEAR CMD31T-100NAS 153.6 Mbps Modem is compatible with most U.S. Cable Internet Providers such as Cablevision, Charter, Comcast XFINITY, Cox, Time Warner Cable, and more. It is also CableLabs certified, which means that the device has passed a series of tests for compliance with applicable specification. It has demonstrated interoperable functionality with the CableLabs certified devices. This certification facilitates consumer choice, widespread deployment of new technologies, and lower costs to both cable operators and consumers. In addition to the certification, it also has DOCSIS 3.0 which makes it four times faster than DOCSIS 2.0. The NETGEAR CMD31T-100NAS 153.6 Mbps Modem provides the one Gigabit Ethernet port, which offers the fastest wired speeds to connect to your router for Wi-Fi connection or directly to your computer via a cable. This Ethernet port comes with auto-sensing technology, making it easy for anyone to use. The NETGEAR CMD31T-100NAS 153.6 Mbps Modem is small and light, making it easy to store without taking up too much space. The dimensions are 6.9 by 4.5 by 1.2 inches, and it weighs only 0.68 pounds. This cable modem comes with a stand for easy storage, one Ethernet cable, and one power adapter.     Glad I got it!

    Just got my Wi-Fi appointment and they offer a list of modems that you can buy instead of renting one from them, this one was on the list , so I got it. The box that it came in was kinda beat up but inside everything was clean and crisp, it's new so the seal was still on it , it shipped fast too

    Just what we wanted

    Delivery was VERY quick! It was very clean and well packaged.This modem is the same as the one we currently have, we only needed the power cord, but when our present modem dies we now have a backup. We have not set up this modem, so can't say how well it works.
