    This seller is a scammer and should be avoided at all costs. I ordered an LP set from him which he couldn't find so he sent two "substitute" albums instead. Not acceptable by any means. He won't refund and I'm not sending back the garbage he sent out that took almost a month to arrive. Let's not even talk about the mediocre packaging. Items received NOT as described.

    Shipping was quick and packaging was perfection as nothing would have damaged the item. When I reached out in regard to picture due to glare asking is the box was damaged, he got back to me really quick. However that is where I feel the description of the item was wrong. The box has had a puncture. I would not mind if the art work was fully intact but it did go through the art work. Making it not like new but more used. Value would had been great if it was not for the damaged box and artwork.

    Excellent manual

    I am very pleased with this purchase. The book was labeled to be on “acceptable” condition, so I was half prepared to receiving something half dilapidated. But book is on great shape!!! Content is very good also. I’ve spent 15 years training Kung Fu, personal defense and close quarters combat being a good part of it. And I’ve always felt some of my instructors and colleagues were missing understanding on some of the basic mechanics behind some techniques. This book is proving very clarifying in that sense. All this being said, I do not recommend this to the absolute beginner. It is, as the title says, meant for instructors or, at the very least, advanced students. There will be strain on muscles and tendons when training so make sure you are prepared!
