Seller was fine. The product is pure garbage. Used it twice and the head seized up and I can't get it loose. I've tried WD-40 and channel locks, and only managed to mangle the head. Hand tightened and only replaced the string one time before this happened. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WEED EATER UNLESS YOU ENJOY WASTING MONEY. I personally don't like spending 120.00 for 2 uses, but if you just have that kind of disposable income and like wasting it on low quality garbage, this is the product for you!

    i am so pleased with this. i had a cub cadet that i seized the motor on but this is just like the one i had. love being able to use the attachments. highly recommend.

    Troy Bilt good buy for your dollar.

    Was time tp upgrsde amd replace my trimmer. I have a Troy Bilt 4 cycle that is atill running great. Finding replacement parts are getting harder to find. Has a curve lower shaft. the newly purcjase one has a straight shaft. Troy Bilt has given me good dependable service.

    Great price for a light weight attachment capable trimmer

    Runs. Great I just replaced my troybilt with this model because my model from15 years ago was not available I have all the attachments from my older one this one seams to have less string capacity I hope my other single line head with more. Capacity will interchange
