Seller was super! Communicated quickly. Nice packaging/delivery. The jacket is gorgeous! But can't gift it for Christmas as planned. Elastic around wrist/waist is dry rotted & hangs loose. Not repairable. I truly feel this was an innocent oversight by the seller as It's not noticeable at first. I truly feel it was untentional on the sellers part, mistakes happen. No returns, but I was blessed to find another coat elsewhere! I'd still recommend this seller 100%. I'd buy from them again, A+++!!
